Lead Museum Guest Experience Coordinator

City of Mesa seeks a Lead Guest Experience Associate for the idea Museum. You will supervise Guest Experience staff, oversee opening/closing, assist with training, and coordinate room setups and events. You will support admissions, class enrollments, and visitor services while ensuring safety and responding to concerns.
Weekend and special museum events are required; FLSA non-exempt. This is a full-time role with opportunities to mentor volunteers and students; a collaborative team environment
