Salary : $130K + bonus

At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience
2 years leadership experience
All-Inclusive Resorts preferred
Understand the content reflected in contracts and able to negotiate terms therein
Responsibilities:

Coordinate all group, transient, and catering sales solicitations and bookings
Develop, implement and manage the division's annual budget
Provides coaching support with a focus on direct manager effectiveness and communication.
