Techstrong Group is looking for a graphics designer who is equally passionate about great design and working in a collaborative team environment. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role focuses on the design assets required for our many events and webinars.Responsibilities:Develop digital creative assets that have a cross-channel purpose, including email marketing, social, digital ads, website, and moreDesign digital marketing assets for projects and campaigns. This includes creating assets for landing pages, emails, social media, CTAs, headers, and digital assets, often with same-day deadlinesCreate digital assets for events, including PowerPoint templates, UX UI assets, short video Graphic assets, etcEdit headshots and photos for press releases, campaigns, presentations, publications, as well as merchandise photo editingGraphic design for print media and knowledge of printing processCollaborate with Creative Team and present samples, concepts, or projects to Creative Director or Production Manager for approvalEnsure revisions relayed are done in a timely and accurate mannerQualifications:1 to 2 years of graphic design experience.Proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XDDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.Ability to meet strict deadlines, multi-task, and be innovative and proactive in a collaborative environment, flexible to workflow and hours.Candidates MUST be in the South Florida area and work in the hybrid office in Boca Raton 2-3 days a week at minimum.
