Regional Healthcare Sales Director

Curium Pharma is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a team of hospital account managers across the assigned region. You will recruit, hire, train, and drive execution of regional business plans while promoting Curium products and expanding formulary access.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Payor and Reimbursement, and Medical Affairs, build relationships with KOLs and hospital decision‑makers, and travel ~70% to support the customer base.
