Aura Home Inc. is seeking a Director of Growth & Paid Media to rewrite our media strategy and own the budget, the team, and the growth direction at Aura.
You'll report to the VP of Marketing and lead demand generation and demand capture across channels, shaping how Aura shows up today and tomorrow. Lead paid media across Meta, TikTok, search, audio, YouTube, TV/CTV, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging formats; own measurement, attribution, and a single source of truth for efficient allocation
