Senior Proposals & Marketing Operations Lead

STG Design seeks a Senior Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to lead proposal and marketing operations firmwide, reporting to the Director of Business Development. You will oversee proposal development, editing, and coordination with subconsultants and PMs, while driving workflow and CRM governance across offices.
You will mentor staff, refine processes, and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely, high-quality submissions that support pursuit strategies and market opportunities.
