Graphic & Media DesignYou will support projects from concept through final delivery, turning ideas and complex topics into clear, engaging video and audio content. You will work with creative partners to produce high-quality videos, podcasts, remote recordings, webcasts, and learning programs that meet brand, timeline, and budget expectations. You will be hands-on across all phases of production and help keep projects organized, efficient, and technically sound. You will report to the Lead Creative Multimedia Manager as an individual contributor. You will use a hybrid work schedule.You Will:Manage assigned projects through pre-production, production, and post-productionTrack timelines and quality control to ensure projects stay on courseDeliver final videos in required formats for web, events, learning platforms, and archivesEdit short and long form video content using non-linear editing tools and create basic motion graphicsOversee sound design, including sourcing/recording voiceovers, music, and audio mixingConduct or support remote recordings and virtual productions, including webcasts and recorded sessionsConduct or support production work in studio and on-site at conferences and eventsFollow established production processes and look for ways to improve workflow, tools, and collaboration across teamsManage video assets, media libraries, and storage systemsMaintain a general working knowledge of studio and field production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gearYou Have:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Television, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of video productionExperience translating complex topics into clear, engaging video contentExperience supporting remote recordings, virtual productions, and recorded sessionsExperience delivering content for web, events, learning platforms, and archival systemsExperience managing video assets, media libraries, and storage systemsHow We Support You:We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance.
