Student Journey Campaigns Strategist

WGU in Salt Lake City is seeking a proactive communications professional to develop timely, personalized messaging that guides students from enrollment through graduation.
You will build and deploy targeted campaigns across email, SMS, in-app, and other channels, partner with content, academic and IT teams, and optimize workflows to improve student engagement and outcomes. Some after-hours work may be required to deliver time-sensitive alerts.
