2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Electronics Manufacturing

Banner Engineering is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Brooklyn Park, MN facility on 2nd shift (3 pm - 1:30 am, Mon-Thu). This hands‑on role will oversee manufacturing operations and supervise a team while collaborating with the Production Manager.
You will supervise 30–50 hourly staff, ensure safety and quality standards, manage staffing with HR, and drive productivity and training across all lines. This position reports to the Production Manager.
