Samson Distribution in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to support the sales team and our customers. You will handle order entry, account maintenance, reporting, documentation, and proactive follow-up to ensure a high level of service.
You will also coordinate dealer and distributor orders, respond to product questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage parts inquiries with the Repair Center. A customer-focused, organized approach is essential.
