AV Specialist

Candidates must be local to the Philadelphia area.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated technical experience in audio-visual and collaboration technologies.
Relevant engineering certifications related to audio-visual and conference room equipment, including Microsoft Surface Hub and Poly systems.
Experience implementing and supporting audio-visual solutions for conference rooms, executive briefing centers, and situation rooms.
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple initiatives.
Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
Experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification would be nice to have.
