Performance Growth Designer & Video Editor

23andMe in California is seeking a hybrid Growth Designer & Video Editor (contract) to act as the creative heartbeat of our performance marketing. You will produce high-volume, direct-response assets across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and more to drive conversions.
You will analyze performance data, iterate on creative, and develop platform-native storytelling with a focus on scale and speed. Portfolio showcasing performance-driven work is required.
