Floating Community Manager — Regional Travel & Impact

NRP Group is seeking a Floating Community Manager to support our Affordable San Antonio portfolio. The role travels to multiple communities, acting as a Community Manager when needed and training existing staff.
You will ensure high levels of resident service and effective day-to-day operations across properties. Under the Regional VP, you will coordinate property operations, maximize NOI, and promote a positive team environment while maintaining strong customer service standards.
