Description

The Campaign Operations Specialist owns the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from intake through deployment. They are accountable for building and testing the technical components that bring campaigns to life, ensuring every program is launched accurately, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities include developing targeted audience lists, scheduling emails, setting up events, building landing pages, and creating automated workflows that support lead management, track engagement, and enable personalized experiences. Working closely with business marketing partners, this role manages a high volume of marketing campaigns simultaneously, each with unique timelines, distinct audiences, varying assets, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Owns campaign setup, testing, segmentation, and launch of multi-channel marketing campaigns using a marketing automation platform.
Manages a high volume of campaignssimultaneously, effectively prioritizes work, balances competing deadlines, and ensurestimelydelivery without compromising quality.
Accountable for campaign timelines, tracking project progress, and communicating status with stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Conducts comprehensive quality assurance reviewsincluding validating workflow logic, audience segmentation, links, copy, layout, and tagging to ensureaccurate, error-free execution.
Identifies risks before they impact campaign delivery, such as technical feasibility, incomplete campaign details, spam risks, or delayed assets.
Partners closely with business marketing and digital strategy leads to translate campaign briefs and strategies into automated and trackable marketing programs.
Follows established workflows, SOPs, and ensures operational consistency across all campaign execution.
Diagnoses and resolves execution errors related to workflows, segmentation, and other technical issues quickly and effectively.
Stays current on marketing automation capabilities, campaign execution best practices, platform enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
3-5 years of experience executing marketing campaigns from intake to deployment.
Experience building, testing, launching, andoptimizingmulti-channel marketing programs through an automationplatform(Marketo preferred).
Proven track record of managing a high volume of concurrent marketing campaigns with varying complexities while delivering accurate, high-quality work on time.
Demonstrated ability to independently organize and prioritize work, anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities, and balance competing deadlines with minimal direction.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and proactively communicating project status, risks, delays, and follow-ups.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
