Creative Manager, Graphic Design

Funko is hiring a Creative Manager, Graphic Design (Loungefly) in

Burbank, CA

to lead strategic graphic design direction for a team of Graphic Designers.

Responsibilities

Set and lead

strategic graphic design direction , motivating the team to develop innovative product concepts and designs aligned to

brand standards

Step in as needed to

contribute to product creation

and complete

graphic revisions

to help meet deadlines and creative goals

Coordinate with

cross-functional teams

to confirm designs match

product briefs

and reflect

market trends

Partner with the

Senior Product Operations manager

to

prepare and report

internal and external project status throughout the product creation life-cycle

Identify design-process risks early, resolve issues through appropriate actions, and communicate effectively to keep projects moving

Execute

key creative product initiatives

that drive innovation and strengthen overall

product storytelling

and

brand impact

Requirements

Expert-level

proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(including

Illustrator

and

Photoshop )

Bachelor’s degree

in Graphic Design, Product Design or Development (or similar) OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

3 to 6 years

experience in fashion/softlines creative or product design and development (or related work)

1 to 3 years

of direct leadership experience managing and coaching a creative product team (or similar)

Strong eye for

fashion/style

with awareness of

new trends

and techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication

plus a practical, common-sense approach to execution

Ability to lead a creative team through a

creative production workflow process

High attention to detail

and strong

organizational skills

Demonstrated project management skills

Base salary range:

$90,610 - $110,500 per year (selected city)
