Salary/Hourly Rate: $24/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview: The Fashion Advisor will provide an elevated client experience while driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the overall presentation and daily operations of a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, personable, and passionate about fashion and luxury retail.
Responsibilities Of The Fashion Advisor:
Provide personalized service and create a welcoming, elevated client experience.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
Drive individual and store sales goals through relationship-based selling.
Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to grow and maintain business.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is presented at a high level.
Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team.
Stay knowledgeable about products, collections, and current fashion trends.
Required Experience/Skills For The Fashion Advisor:
Prior experience in luxury or high-end retail.
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Professional, polished, and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Fashion Advisor:
Experience in a luxury retail environment.
Established client relationships or a personal book of business.
Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands.
Proven ability to build and maintain repeat clientele.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
