NSA invites students to join its Summer Internship in Human Capital Management (HCM) at Fort Meade, MD. The 12-week paid program runs mid-May to mid-August and is open to undergraduates up to Ph.D. students depending on internship requirements.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens, enrolled in a degree-seeking program, and eligible for a TS/SCI clearance after a background check. Interviews will occur in-person or via remote methods between October 2026 and April 2027.
