Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing and Proposal Specialist to support our California offices (Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Orange County). The role leads proposal and SOQ development, coordinates with technical teams, and ensures compliant, persuasive submittals.
We value strong writing and design skills (InDesign), and the ability to manage schedules, review content, and craft effective client messaging. Remote work aligned with Pacific Time may be available.
