CapCenter is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to bridge marketing, analytics, and lead generation. You will own the activation and optimization of paid media across SEM, paid social, CTV, radio, and out-of-home channels, driving qualified mortgage and realty applications.
Collaborating with Marketing, Mortgage, Realty, and Client Services teams, you will set targets, report on performance, and continuously improve campaigns through testing and data-driven decisions.
