Event Promotions Assistant

to help create engaging brand experiences at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in

event marketing, customer service, brand promotion, sales, retail marketing, or public-facing careers . You'll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators while receiving

paid, hands-on training

to help you succeed.

No previous event marketing experience is required.

What You'll Do
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll help represent client brands and create positive experiences for customers and event attendees.

Your responsibilities may include:

Represent client brands professionally at

live events, retail activations, and community marketing campaigns

Engage with customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience

Answer customer questions using knowledge gained through

paid brand and product training

Conduct

product demonstrations

and distribute samples, promotional materials, and information

Assist customers with

orders, registrations, sign-ups, and promotional activities

Explain product features, promotions, and campaign information clearly and professionally

Collect customer feedback and identify common questions or concerns

Track event activity, customer engagement, and feedback to help improve

campaign performance and customer experience

Assist with event setup, breakdown, organization, and on-site operations

Collaborate with Event Coordinators and team members to help ensure successful events
