MIDTOWN is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our boutique studio experience, lead programming, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will manage equipment, recruit and onboard instructors, and ensure programs stay on brand with Midtown’s vision.
The role requires a minimum of two years in group fitness and a nationally recognized certification, plus 2+ years in management within boutique studios. You will drive engagement and lead a dynamic team to deliver best-in-class classes.
