Social Media CoordinatorCompensation Type: Hourly, Non-ExemptExpected Weekly Hours: 15Direct Report: Director of Digital Marketing and Guest GrowthJob Summary: The Social Media Coordinator will support the Three Notch'd Brewing Company marketing team in bringing the company's social presence to life across locations. This role owns the content calendar, captures and creates content, writes captions, and helps execute day-to-day social strategy, while coordinating with local creators, brand partners, and community accounts to keep Three Notch'd's social channels active, engaging, and on-brand.Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:Build and maintain content calendars across all social platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand posting cadenceCapture, edit, and publish photo and video content on-site at breweries and restaurantsWrite engaging, platform-tailored captions and copySupport execution of social media strategy as directed by the Marketing DirectorMonitor social channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and inbox inquiries in a timely, on-brand mannerCoordinate with local content creators and other departments to source content and stay current on what's accurate, important, and upcoming at each locationCoordinate with brand partners and community accounts on cross-promotion and taggingStay current on platform trends and best practices, adapting content as platforms evolveUse AI tools to work efficiently across content creation and social tasksPerform other duties as directedRequired Qualifications:Experience with Instagram and Facebook, including posting, Stories, and community managementStrong photography and videography skills for content capture and editingAbility to write clear, engaging, platform-appropriate captions and copyAbility to edit photos and video and create simple graphicsStrong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlinesComfortable communicating and coordinating with creators, partners, and other accounts outside the immediate teamAbility to adapt quickly as social platforms and trends evolveDesired Qualifications:Experience with TikTok and YouTube Shorts content creationFamiliarity with Sprout Social or similar social media scheduling/management toolsKnowledge of Microsoft programs, G Suite, and Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with AI tools for content creation or workflow efficiencyBasic reporting and analytics skillsEquipment Used:ComputerCameraPhoneTravel Requirements: Little or No Travel (
