Ridwell, a mission-driven sustainability company, is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate onboarding, retention, and cross‑channel automation for our growing Pickup and Mail‑In products. You will own activation, onboarding, and the end‑to‑end lifecycle, partnering with Acquisition, Product, and Brand to deliver timely, useful experiences that help members waste less.
You will work with data to identify why numbers move, build automated journeys, and explore AI-enabled efficiencies.
