As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you'll represent a Fortune 500 water distribution and filtration client inside major retail locations, engaging with customers, promoting innovative products, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
This entry-level opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to develop professional skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business management through hands-on training and mentorship.
Responsibilities:

Represent our clients' products and services

in-person at promotional events in our local retail locations .
Engage directly with potential and existing customers to generate new customer leads and respond to product or service inquiries.
Collaborate with our internal sales team to qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and support account growth.
Participate in internal training programs focused on event-based sales strategies, as well as product and service knowledge.
Learn and develop management skills to oversee promotional sales teams in the future.
The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year or Bachelor's degree is a PLUS.
1+ years of experience in promotional events, face-to-face marketing, event sales, customer service, or retail sales is a PLUS.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for engaging people at events.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and dynamic work environment.
Positive attitude and team player mindset, with a professional appearance in the workplace.
Flexible and adaptable to changing client priorities and schedules.
