DMV Field Marketing Leader — Local Growth & Events

Pollo Campero seeks a Field Marketing Manager to drive local traffic through community events, fundraisers, and activations across the DMV market. You will support new store openings, assist with turnarounds, and provide restaurant-level insights to optimize campaigns.
You will spend the majority of time in the field visiting restaurants, coordinating budgets and vendors, and collaborating with Operations to ensure cohesive regional marketing programs.
