We connect exceptional talent with Northwestern companies where you\'ll thrive, not just survive.
Unlike recruiters who blast your resume everywhere, we make meaningful introductions based on what makes you tick professionally.
Each opening below represents a role we\'ve personally vetted for culture fit, growth potential, and Monday morning excitement factor!
Our client has been shaping the way people work, gather, learn, heal, and build community across Idaho and the Inland Northwest for decades. They’ve evolved fast—their capabilities, design chops, project delivery, and service depth have expanded massively. Here’s the honest part: they haven’t translated that story into market pull as consistently as they should. That’s where you come in.
They\'re hiring a Boise-based Business Development Manager to be the “rubber meets the road” leg of their Revenue & Brand Team—partnering closely with the CEO, Director of Sales, and Marketing Manager to translate strategy into market momentum. You\'ll be their ears to the ground, feet on the street, and a connector for customers, partners, and the broader community. This role is not a re-labeled sales rep job. It\'s vision translation + value selling: turning our client\'s workplace expertise into relationships, trust, and real opportunities—and clearly explaining why it matters. If you love connecting dots before anyone else sees them, building genuine relationships, and confidently making the case that workplace decisions shape culture, performance, and community… keep reading.

You will identify opportunities early, build relationships with key influencers and decision makers, and create engagement strategies that generate preference for our client. This role is built for someone who can value-sell, not just understand—consistently translating decisions into outcomes that matter: retention, productivity, wellness, customer experience, brand, and culture.

How You’ll Know You’re Winning
They measure outcomes, not just activity. In your first year, success looks like:
Your name comes up in rooms you\'re not in as a trusted workplace partner in Boise

Strong, consistent attendance and engagement at our client\'s-hosted events

Drive attendance through targeted, relationship-first invitations
Make events feel like our client: welcoming, design-forward, human, memorable
