Senior Field Marketing Lead — Remote & Regional Growth

Primrose School Franchising is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing to lead local marketing strategy for a regional portfolio of Primrose schools. You will partner with Franchise Owners to plan, deploy and optimize local campaigns across digital and community channels.
In this role you will ensure brand compliance, drive enrollment growth, mentor Field Marketing Managers, and report on regional performance. Travel within the region is required and a remote-friendly work setup is available.
