Location: Onsite: Chico CA. Work will be primarily performed onsite in our office. Occasional travel to and work from other Race offices or other off-site locations may be required.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving company revenue and achieving our annual goals and objectives. You will manage both inside and outside sales associates, collaborating with them to maximize sales opportunities across our California market. Through your leadership and expertise, you will help our sales team reach new heights and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This individual must be capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with other Race team members across teams and levels of our organization.
