Videographer & Content Specialist

The Videographer & Content Specialist is the primary hands-on creator responsible for filming, editing, and organizing high-quality video and photo assets at Geoshield USA. This role turns everyday operations, products, and events into compelling visual media that fuels our marketing, sales, training, and brand initiatives. As a key part of the Marketing team, you will focus directly on media capture and post-production execution bringing Geoshield's products, team, and culture to life visually without the burden of high-level campaign strategy or channel management.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Photo Production:

Capture and edit high-quality visual content covering products, installations, facilities, team members, dealer visits, and company events.

Post-Production & Editing:

Deliver polished short-form, long-form, and platform-ready videos with consistent color grading, clear audio mixing, graphics, and on-brand formatting.

Media Asset Management:

Organize, tag, and maintain a structured digital library of raw footage, b-roll, photos, and project files for easy team-wide access.

Cross-Department Support:

Supply requested media to the Community Manager for social/email campaigns, and provide visual assets for the Production, Sales, and Academy training teams.

Event & On-Location Coverage:

Travel locally or to trade shows, training sessions, and dealer sites to capture dynamic, real-world footage as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience in videography, photography, and video editing.

Proficiency with standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or Photoshop).

Strong lighting, framing, and audio capture skills in fast-paced or real-world environments.

Exceptional file management and organizational habits for handling large media libraries.

Experience with commercial, automotive, or industrial product shooting is a plus.

Status:

Full-time (32 hours per week), Hourly

Location:

Hybrid / On-site in Baton Rouge, LA

Flexibility:

Occasional extended hours or travel required for special events and on-location shoots.
