Video EditorThe Video Editor will work closely with our Content Creators, who handle the filming and production of content, while taking ownership of the post-production process. The Video Editor will transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos designed for today's social-first audience.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with a team of Content Creators who capture video footage in-houseTake raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand initiativesEdit short-form, social-first videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeAdd graphics, transitions, motion elements, sound, and visual effects to enhance content performanceManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMaintain brand consistency across all video assetsCollaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to bring campaign concepts to lifeAdditional duties may be assignedQualificationsStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere ProExperience with After Effects and motion graphicsAdvanced skills in CanvaUnderstanding of social-first content and current video trendsHighly organized with excellent project management skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesPreferred SkillsExperience creating content for consumer brandsKnowledge of video performance best practices across social platformsPhotography, videography, or production experiencePhysical RequirementsThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
