THE PROBLEM

Our software works. That doesn’t mean it makes sense.

Some things are harder to use than they should be. Too many clicks. Confusing workflows. Designs that make sense to the person who built them and no one else.

THIS ROLE — WORKING IN THE DETAILS

Make the complicated simple. Make the frustrating obvious. Make our software better.

We’re looking for someone who can take software that technically does its job and make it dramatically better: clearer, simpler, faster, and easier for real people to use.

You won’t spend your days debating button colors. You’ll spend your days asking why there are twelve buttons in the first place.

02
Benefits that actually count.

Full coverage for employees — nothing comes out of your paycheck. Plus an annual review with a raise option.

22 days PTO + 4 holidays to start. After 3 years it bumps to 29 days, and after 5 years you move to flexible time off — not accrued, not capped. Take time off when you want.

Paid parental leave, plus up to 6% company 401(k) matching with no vesting period — it’s yours from day one.

Spend it on whatever makes work better: a comfier remote setup, continuing-education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for a coworker, a massage for yourself… really, whatever.

No weekend dog-walking gimmicks that look cool but cost nothing because nobody uses them. We spend on benefits you’ll actually use — an open-concept office, friendly coworkers, a creative environment, and yeah… a trail mix bar.

03
What You’ll Actually Do

Turning complicated software into experiences that feel obvious.

Finding unnecessary steps, confusing workflows, and friction everyone else has learned to tolerate.

Challenging assumptions about how our software should work.

Raising the quality of our software through better thinking, not decoration.

Influencing what we build, how it works, and whether it should exist at all.

04
What We’re Looking For

Learn our software, understand the problem, and take ownership of making it better.

Turn complicated workflows into experiences that feel simple and obvious.

Work directly with engineers, challenge ideas, and stay open to having your own ideas challenged.

Use feedback, testing, and failure to improve the work until it is genuinely better.

Winning is the standard.
We’re not here for a paycheck. We’re here because we love the challenge — and we hold each other to it.

Freedom Not Fear

Alignment and empowerment beat control, every time.

We Learn From Our Mistakes

No blame game. Make the call, learn, move.

Pursue High Standards

Low-quality work doesn’t ship here. Standards stay high.

Push and Support

Getting outside your comfort zone isn’t a threat; it’s the job.

We're Scrappy

The polish to sit in any room; the edge to want to win it.

This is Our Sport

Show up daily and treat the work like the big game.

Why Work Here
If you’ve ever tried to cancel a subscription, submit an expense report, or find one simple setting buried under six menus and thought, “Who designed this?” you’ll probably fit in here. We want you to call out dumb design, explain why it’s dumb, and make it work the way a normal person would expect.
