Regional Marine Sales Director: Dealer Growth & Leadership

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a dynamic leader to drive regional growth through dealer acquisition, development, and retention across the Southeast US. You will lead and coach Business Development Managers in-market, ensuring strong field execution and achievement of revenue, margin, and share goals.
You will actively engage dealers and OEM partners, manage onboarding and coaching, and collaborate with Mercury OEM teams. Travel ~60% within Florida and Carolinas may be required.
