Turn market and competitor insights into actionable tools for the sales team.
Brand & Storytelling
Lead storytelling across digital, print, and internal channels.
Protect brand reputation through consistent, values-driven communication.
Support community outreach, sponsorships, and milestone events.
Measurement & Operations
Manage marketing budgets with clarity and discipline.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of marketing leadership experience in construction or similar industries.
Strong leadership presence and ability to build trust across field, office, and executive teams.
Creative problem-solver with a track record of driving growth and attracting talent.
Experience developing marketing talent.
Skilled in proposals, RFP/RFQ content, and client-facing materials.
Strong brand management and multi-channel communication skills.
Proficient with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and practical AI applications.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience building or scaling a marketing department.
Familiarity with construction procurement processes.
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
