Europe Regional Sales Education Lead

Mary Kay Inc. is seeking a skilled Education & Sales Learning Manager to develop and execute the European Sales Force Education strategy. You will manage content, curriculum, and reporting in the Link & Learn LMS, delivering engaging digital learning across markets.
You will partner with regional and global teams to ensure programs align with business priorities, drive adoption, and support major events such as NSD Assembly, NSD Summit, and Dallas Seminar. Travel up to 10% will be required.
