Swing-Shift Production Supervisor (Chemistry & Lab Ops)

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, part of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking a Swing Shift Supervisor to lead production technicians and maintain safe, efficient laboratory operations while meeting schedules and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience and working knowledge of Synthesis and Paste processes; will work 2p–10:30p, mentor technicians, and improve processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
