MERIT is seeking a Director of Talent to own and elevate the brand’s celebrity content strategy from long-term vision through hands-on execution. Sitting on the Brand Team, this role will lead all celebrity negotiations with talent agency teams, secure high-impact makeup sponsorships for red carpet and other cultural moments, and serve as the on-set point person for talent across every celebrity shoot.
This person will play a defining role in shaping how MERIT shows up in culture - building out the brand’s MUA program, deepening relationships across talent management, and ensuring every celebrity partnership feels intentional and on brand. The ideal candidate is equal parts negotiator, relationship-builder, operator, and cultural tastemaker - someone with deep, established industry relationships and an instinct for the moments and faces that keep MERIT relevant.
MERIT is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
