Senior Key Account Lead

The Senior Key Account Lead owns the relationship, growth, and profitability of one or more strategic, high-value customer accounts, serving as the primary driver of account performance and long-term business expansion. The role develops and executes customer growth strategies, leads joint business planning, and partners cross-functionally to deliver customer commitments while achieving revenue, margin, and profitability targets. This position leverages data, analytics, and market insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize investments, manage negotiations, and improve execution performance. The Senior Key Account Lead also builds strong customer relationships, mitigates business risks, and provides guidance to account support resources to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while leading joint business planning and regular performance reviews.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments, optimize investments, and ensure operational excellence.
Lead customer negotiations, pricing, promotions, and contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes.
Monitor account performance, analyze data and trends, and implement actions to improve results and mitigate risks.
Identify new business opportunities, expand customer growth potential, and provide guidance and support to account team members.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, strategic product management, or sales support roles.

Experience managing large, complex, or strategic customer accounts with accountability for business performance and growth.
Demonstrated success in joint business planning, customer negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
