Documentary Editor Wanted for Sizzle Reel -REMOTE WORK
We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented film student to edit a fast-paced, compelling sizzle reel for an upcoming documentary project.
Responsibilities:
Review and log raw documentary footage and archival material.
Cut a dynamic 2-3 minute sizzle reel designed to engage potential investors and festival programmers.
Incorporate temp sound design, music, and light color grading.
Collaborate closely with the director/producer to refine the pacing and narrative structure.
Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate in Film Production, Editing, or a related field.
Must provide a portfolio or work sample demonstrating past documentary or non-fiction editing experience.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and emotional rhythm.
