Upscale F&B Manager — Lead Dining & Bar Excellence

White Lodging is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant and bar operations at East Town Kitchen & Bar, inside the Marriott Milwaukee. You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage P&L in a high-volume upscale setting.
The ideal candidate has restaurant or hotel F&B management experience, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality.
