Shinesty is seeking a detail-obsessed Textile & Apparel Production Artist to transform artwork files into mill-ready production assets. In this role, you’ll bridge creative design and manufacturing, building seamless repeats, index color palettes, assign accurate color standards, and create clean production CADs on our templates.
You will own the color-approval loop—review lab dips, strike-offs, and knit swatches to ensure factory outputs match design intent.
