Senior Conversational Designer

Will lead the design and optimization of enterprise-scale conversational experiences, helping shape AI voice solutions that create seamless and effective customer interactions. This role combines customer experience strategy, conversational design, analytics, and AI voice expertise to improve engagement and automation outcomes.
