About this position:
The Digital Content Development Intern supports the Communications and Creative team by helping create, publish, and manage digital content across multiple channels. This position provides hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and creative asset organization.

The intern will assist with monitoring social media channels, developing engaging content, scheduling and publishing posts, tracking performance metrics, and helping maintain the company's digital asset management (DAM) system through asset organization, metadata tagging, and cataloging. This role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, or graphic design who wants real-world experience supporting a corporate brand.

Social Media Management and Website Support

Monitor social channels for engagement, trends, feedback, and performance.

Draft, schedule, and publish content across social platforms.

Collaborate on social campaigns and content calendars.

Research trends, best practices, and competitors for content opportunities.

Track social mentions and engagement metrics.

Escalate customer inquiries and respond as directed.

Update, enter, and maintain website content.

Review website accuracy, links, consistency, and accessibility.

Assist with website audits, cleanup, and content organization.

Support content migrations and website improvements.

Content Development

Create written, visual, and multimedia content across channels.

Assist with photography, video, editing, and graphics.

Draft brand-aligned captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotions.

Coordinate content collection across the organization.

Organize assets and prepare campaign materials for publication.

Digital Asset Management

Help build and maintain the digital asset management system.

Upload, organize, categorize, and archive creative assets.

Apply consistent metadata, rights, tags, and naming conventions.

Review assets for accurate labels, currency, and accessibility.

Help document asset management processes and standards.

Support migration and cleanup of legacy creative files.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.

Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Videography, Communications, Creative Writing, Photography or Journalism related degree path required

Experience in interviewing preferred

Aptitude for producing multimedia content

Self-starter who pursues self-education and is customer focused

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience in videography, writing or photography preferred

Student must have completed Freshman level or higher by start date

Must be in good academic standing

Must Provide GPA in Resume upon application
