Production Artist

Responsibilities Production & Design Execution Assist senior designers and production staff in the creation and preparation of graphic banners, billboards, digital ads, and social media graphics.
Prepare final artwork and layout files for digital distribution, web deployment, and print production.
Apply internal and client edits to design materials accurately and efficiently.
Attend team meetings and take detailed notes.
Design social media graphics, email blasts, and website visual elements for a diverse range of clients.
Assist with basic content writing and visual styling for client newsletters and blogs.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions across advertising, marketing, design, and video production teams.
Quality Control & Client Support Ensure brand guidelines and specifications are consistently met across all visual deliverables.
Organize, format, and archive graphic assets and project files for seamless agency execution.
Drive client and agency implementation of design tools and workflows to maintain project quality.
Qualifications The position is part-time and entry-level.
The candidate should have a passion for graphic design, visual media, and advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is required.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple design tasks and projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and high accuracy when making edits and building print/digital deliverables.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
Must be located in Phoenix, AZ during the duration of employment.
