Live Events Producer: Own On-Site Shows End-to-End

SYNC Communications Knoxville is seeking a producer to join our live events team. You start in planning and on-site management, then grow into owning shows end to end, including the client relationship. We value hands-on work and a collaborative approach over rigid hierarchies.
In this role you’ll manage pre-production, run of show, staffing, venue logistics, and on-site coordination, with a path to full ownership as you prove you can deliver high-impact events for national brands.
