The Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the company's marketing presence across print, digital, social media, and company websites. This position will help strengthen brand awareness, communicate the company's products and capabilities, and support sales and business-development efforts through effective and consistent marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, work with internal teams and outside vendors, and maintain a consistent company brand across all marketing channels.Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage print advertising campaignsDevelop advertisements, brochures, flyers, catalogs, product sheets, trade-show materials, and other promotional materialsCoordinate with advertising publications, printers, graphic designers, and other outside vendorsMaintain consistent company branding, messaging, logos, photography, and product informationTrack advertising schedules, deadlines, costs, and resultsReview and proof marketing materials for accuracy before publicationManage the company's social media accounts and develop a consistent posting scheduleCreate engaging content including product highlights, company news, employee features, projects, events, industry information, and customer-focused contentPhotograph and/or coordinate photography and video for marketing and social media useMonitor social media engagement and respond or coordinate responses to comments and inquiriesStay current with social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibilityManage and maintain company websites to ensure information is accurate, current, and professionally presentedWork with web developers or outside agencies on website improvements, functionality, and troubleshootingAssist with basic SEO activities and ensure website content is optimized for search engines and customersMaintain consistency of the company's brand across print, digital, social media, websites, presentations, and other communicationsWork with sales, engineering, production, and management teams to gather information for marketing campaignsAssist with product launches, new-product announcements, trade shows, events, and promotional campaignsCoordinate company participation in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activitiesResearch competitors, industry trends, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunitiesTrack marketing expenses and maintain relationships with marketing vendors and service providersMeasure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvementsRequirements for Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist:Experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or digital marketing experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing social media platforms and creating digital contentStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesBasic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing preferredFamiliarity with website analytics, SEO, and digital marketing toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to proofread marketing materialsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, operations, and managementCreative and innovativeOrganized and deadline-orientedStrong communicatorDetail-orientedSelf-motivatedCustomer-focusedComfortable working with both technical and non-technical informationAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of brand consistency and professional presentationIND050 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
