Junior Studio Photographer

Please note, this role is based on-site 5 days a week in our headquarter office in Farmers Branch.
Responsibilities

Capture in-studio product photography; maintaining a high-quality standard and ensuring images adhere to Loloi’s brand guidelines.
Retouch product images and ensure proper product color
Organize and manage files as part of the studio/retouching workflow.
Set up and break down lighting, staging, and equipment for shoots
Assist with product staging, preparation, and packing
Maintain, clean, and organize all studio spaces and equipment
Update project management software regularly with project status
Work closely with the studio team to meet deadlines, including collaborating with art directors and other departments
Assist the photography team on location shoots—handling lighting, equipment setup/breakdown, and onsite problem solving.
Travel Required: Expect periodic travel (≈ 15% of your time)
Time Allocation: Roughly 55 % in studio shooting, 15 % location assisting, and 30 % retouchingacross projects.
Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

Bachelor's degree in visual communication, Photography, or related field required
1–2+ years of experience in a commercial photography studio or agency setting
Strong technical knowledge of lighting, digital cameras, and file management best practices
Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Photoshop
Detail-oriented with an eye for color accuracy and image consistency
Strong communicator and reliable team player with a positive attitude
Able to take direction and work independently
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
Previous experience in home goods/decor a plus
Must be in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
