As a Social Media Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Community & Seeding team, supporting brand engagement and consumer interaction across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for social media trends, aligning successfully within a fast-paced and creative environment.

What's the Job?

Reactively engage with fans and followers across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in a timely manner.

Support public channels by providing insights, strategy recommendations, and engagement to enhance brand presence.

Participate in brand and Care training sessions, work meetings, and social strategy updates to stay current with best practices.

Follow social FAQ documents for product launches and key social moments, ensuring consistent messaging.

Compose personalized responses that clearly address consumer issues and foster positive interactions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

1-2 years of social media engagement experience.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Exceptional writing skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including weekends if necessary.
