Social Media ProgrammerWBD Sports & Bleacher Report are seeking a talented Social Media Programmer to join our B/R Betting team. You'll be responsible for producing content on a daily basis across B/R Betting's social channels including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and the Bleacher Report App.Role AccountabilitiesIdentify and create (edit/package) content to program on our social/app channels with a keen awareness of B/R Betting's voiceCollaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curation content strategiesCurate content from our Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter)Monitoring X, TikTok and other social aggregation tools on a daily basis.Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practicesWork closely with the national programming team to identify content that should live on B/R's national handlesQualifications & Experience1-2+ years experience in digital media, social media or content curation is preferredA strong understanding of the B/R Betting brandDeep understanding of current and emerging social platformsStrong content identification skills; the ability to pick out what is important to our audience during a busy windowAble to write clean copy and proofreadPassion for pop culture, sports, sports betting and digital mediaAbility to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekendsAble to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlinesBeing comfortable in front of the camera is a plusHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $49,000.00 - $91,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
