Fangamer LLC is hiring: Junior Graphic Designer in Tucson

Fangamer is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the Launch Design Supervisor in producing high-quality visual assets across digital marketing platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple creative tasks with different branding themes.
Responsibilities: Edit and optimize product page graphics, banners, and promotional visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.
Resize, update, and adapt existing assets
Design and format email newsletters that align with Fangamer guidelines and marketing objectives.
Create engaging social media graphics for promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Launch Design Supervisor to execute concepts and maintain visual consistency across
Ensure all designs meet brand standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets for effectively
Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong layout, color, and visual skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications: Minimum of an Associates degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of graphic design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
