Natural Channel Sales Director: Growth & Margins

MUD\WTR is seeking a Sales Director to own the Natural channel end-to-end across Sprouts, Whole Foods Market, Erewhon, Fresh Thyme, Natural Grocers, and independents.
You will set strategy, build buyer relationships, and drive launches and promos to maximize margin. The role requires 8+ years in CPG sales, leadership, margin discipline, and broker-management experience with 25–40% travel.
